Our Welcome Team is highly trained in the process of assisting users during this process and consists of analysts and CSRs with years of experience doing so. One of these team members will call you on the day you activate your Redtail subscription to welcome you and discuss the transition process and your data import (if applicable). Additionally, they will schedule a further one-on-one call to discuss any mapping or import concerns you may have, if necessary.
If you do need data imported, after your Redtail activation we offer free basic and custom imports from over 40 different CRMs. The typical import process ranges between 2-3 business days.
