It’s free. Redtail offers complimentary data imports as part of our onboarding process — and we also provide no-cost migration support for one-off requests, like advisor transitions or book purchases.

We support data migrations from more than 40 platforms, including Salesforce, Wealthbox, Junxure, SmartOffice, and even Excel spreadsheets. If you’re not sure whether your system is supported, just reach out — chances are, we’ve handled it before.

Most standard imports are completed within 3–5 business days, depending on the source format and data volume. Your Redtail Welcome Team contact will give you a clear timeline when you submit your request.

Yes. If you’re an existing Redtail user who’s acquired a new book of business or added an advisor to your team, we’re happy to assist with a one-time data import at no cost.

Some fields may not transfer over, depending on your previous system. Our migration team will review your data with you, explain which fields are supported, and clarify anything that won’t come over. You’ll always have a chance to review and approve the import before it’s finalized in your CRM.

It helps — but we’ll guide you. Our team will walk you through any formatting recommendations and provide templates if needed. If you’re coming from another CRM, we likely already have a process in place for your system.
